Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. We may onboard customers in cohorts and reserve the right to approve or decline access requests.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at sign-up (monthly or annual). Fees are stated on our pricing page and may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the services or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer them.
- Do not use the services to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
- Do not connect data you are not authorised to access.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, including its agents, models, and interfaces, is owned by Growth Accelerant and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond the right to use the services.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is". Recommendations generated by our agents are decision-support outputs, not guarantees of results. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Accelerant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the services ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
